In this COVID period we are currently operating in, NZ judges are receiving an unprecedented number of requests for appointments. Judges (and clubs) are reminded of Show Regulation 4.8 which states:-

4.8 At any Championship or Open Show a Judge may only accept additional appointments for the same breeds or groups already accepted in the same Island and within a radius of 325 kilometres during the period of three calendar months either side of the date of a Championship or Open Show already accepted if prior to acceptance he obtains the consent of both Societies concerned to the acceptance of such additional appointment.

Even in these difficult times judges must adhere to the regulations and cannot accept contracts which breach these regulations without consent from both clubs.
