North Canterbury Branch – NZDJA are holding a open day on Sunday 23rd April 2017, at the Mandeville Sports Centre (Main Sports Hall).
We will start at 10.00am with a segment for people who are interested in finding out just “What Judges are REALLY thinking”.
The morning session (with an invitation to stay on for the afternoon) designed as an Introduction to the Judging system and to encourage those that may have be thinking about judging – to get some experience and (hopefully) join the system.
“PHONE A FRIEND” – If you are currently a judge – then our challenge to YOU, is to bring a friend along to the morning session and let them experience judging first hand.
The afternoon is dedicated to learning about the Mastiff Breeds.
We have lectures and representatives of most of the popular Mastiff Breeds in New Zealand and are looking forward to an afternoon of learning about these gentle giants.
Light lunch will be provided, along with tea and coffee.
