NZDJA is running a full weekend seminar for our Judges in the North Island. This will be an information packed weekend aimed at judges from all levels. You can choose what sessions you want to attend (we have grouped topics to target different levels of knowledge) or you can come for the full weekend, choice is yours. We will be launching and explaining the new Judges Breed Observation scheme, explaining the FCI shows, giving some helpful examination training plus much more. See below for the detailed timetable.

When: Saturday and Sunday 1^st & 2^nd May.

Where: Dogs NZ Exhibition Centre, Ardmore.

Cost: Nil. Morning tea and a light lunch will be provided.

Credit points: 20 credit points available for each full day’s attendance (this can be split over both days. Full attendance for both days will earn 40 credit points)

11.30am	The Syllabus explained. Why do we need it and how should branches be facilitating the training?
12.00 noon	Lunch
12.45pm	FCI Shows – The background Dogs NZ & FCI shows, FCI criteria & general – The groups, the awards and the gradings
2.00pm	Discussion time – Show Stewards Assn – Do we need one? Should we include Show Managers? Understanding Show regulations and how they apply to judging.
3.00pm	Finish
